Default Houston Area Engine tuners.....

Hey guys, need a little input here. I have just an old school 383 stroker (500 hp) motor that is carbureted. I am needing to find a local shop.....NW Houston that can tune this motor for me. I am looking for somebody that does quality work but wont bend me over the table at the same time. Suggestions needed.....THANKS!!!

what kind of carb are u using?
i have always used holley hp carburators and find them very easy to tune,
usually the thing to tune is the primary power valve and the secondary set of jets. stock 750 hp carbs are equipped with 73/73 jets and a 7.5hg power valve iirc, a really good starting point. i have some good exp. tuning carbs,
and use a wideband for best results. or read plugs.
a stock 750 hp will get u underway with minimal tuning, worth every $ imo
and put u very close to good running engine,

Pavlock Performance?

I know of a few other guys that are really good with carb motors but they don't own shops. Let me know if you are interested and I can set something up. Might only cost you a case of beer knowing these guys
