Default WTT: Third gen for sedan

I will be having a baby in dec and I will be needing 2 cars so I am trying to trade my 1989 RS for a 4-door car, cavalier, sunfire, civic ect. must be auto, a/c and good milage: onto my car
1989 305 RS auto 12x,xxx miles
could use paint
decent interior, rip in driver seat bolster, cracked dash pad
stereo: nice panasonic deck, pioneer 4x6''s, sony 6x9''s hooked up to a 600W sony 4 channel, 2 kicker CVR12''s KX1200.1 amp scoche 500K microfarad cap
15x6 prostars up front with 215/65/25 off brand tires (right front wheel is brand new)
15x10s out back with 275/60/15 BFG Radial T/A's
stock motor with a open element filter
3'' cat &catback with a dynomax bullet with a turndown at the bumper
it smokes a little bit on start up
it has run a best of 16.77@81.1 2.45 60'
it would take a nice DD for me to leave the prostars and subs/amp
http://youtube.com/watch?v=1ASJ19C9PIM

the cap is in the empty space on the side of the amp

these are the stock wheels that will likely be on the car

If I cant trade for a family car I was thinkin $4300 as it sits plus stock wheels
$3500 with stockers only and no kicker speakers or amp but I would throw some sony 12'' in it and hook them up to the sony 4 channel
