getting arrested just for drinking in a bar??

I think there is a diffrence between getting drunk and acting like an idiot. I'm all for them arresting people in a bar if they are acting stupid because they are drunk.

I remember when this was going on TABC had a big bust at a local Bennigan's. Took a bunch of people to jail and the bartender. Bennigan's fired the manager on duty and made it were the computers print out your check after 2 drinks.
