Default Kumho Ecsta AST's 245/50/16

In a couple of days I will have the four tires that are currently on my z28 available for sell. I'm getting a different set of rims so I won't need them. The wheels are sold already but these tires will just be sitting around. They are only a couple of months old and have about 8,000 miles. No patches and 80% tread life left if not better. They go for $300 shipped on Tirerack.com new for a set of (4).

Price: $150 OBO picked up. Sorry no shipping

Call me or pm me if your interested...

No big deal man. 1st as always gets them broken lose no matter where you are at in the rpms with my 6 speed but they hook as soon as you slam second. I'm pretty happy with them since alot of my other streets I've heard break lose in second bad. They also do better in the rain than I was expecting. I would rate them as the best bang for the buck tire I have had and probably will buy a set in 275/40/17 when I run low on tread on my new wheels.

I have these tires on my 2002 Z-28.....In my opinion they absolutely suck. I'm getting tire spin going into second and third gear. Admittedly it looks and sounds cool when it happens but for a car capable of doing 155+ and a tire only rated for 130 mph....well you get what you pay for that's for sure. I didn't buy these tires luckily so I don't have to live with the mistake. They came with the Camaro i just bought yesterday. Luckily for me, I have a pair of BFG G-Force SuperSport A/S on my sixer 2002 camaro.... ZR rated......I HAVE to do the swap because these Kuhmo's just are not holding up to par, not to mention the car feels a little sluggish in the corners with these tires and want to slip a little... Good tire though for a non Z28/SS I'm sure as the power going to them is a lot less and still an upgrade over the stock tire on the v-6. I will let you know when my other camaro is out of the shop and I complete the testing of these tires on the V-6 Camaro.....

Thanks for your 2 years late input. They were definitely good tires for the daily driver car and I never hit 130+ on the street anyways and used dr's for the track. Nice input though...
