Default Need help selecting 401k contributions

My company (vetco gray) was recently bought out by GE and now I have to switch over to GE's company plan and I have new options. I used to have vanguard and there were quite a few more options. I want to stay moderately risky since I'm still pretty young. Maybe about 70% into something safe/risky and 30% into something risky/risky...lol. What do you guys recommend?

That international fund seems to be doing well. I wouldn't put 100% in though. Maybe 50%. And 50% in mutual funds.

Lots of folks frown on buying company stock with your 401k, but it worked well for me. Owning some GE stock would be a safe bet over the long term. Intl funds have done well for me too
