Mario Williams NOT selected to 2008 Pro Bowl Hopefully this inspires him to rip some heads off in the next 16 games he plays before the 2009 Pro Bowl voting.
However, DeMeco Ryans was selected as a starter.
If it means anything, ESPN is talking about how Williams got snubbed and definately should've been voted in. Fred Taylor was again not voted to the Pro Bowl, even though he's averaging 1 yd/carry more than Willie Parker.

When I searched 2008 Pro Bowl on Wikipedia it had DeMeco Ryans playing for Miami. They had some other players on there wrong too. It looks like its been fixed though.

Back to Mario. It is utter bullshit that he didn't get the Pro Bowl. 53 tackles, 13 sacks, 2 forced fumbles, 1 fumble recovery, 1 td. Jason Taylor gets in on reputation alone which is nonsense. Hopefully he'll use this as fuel to come back even better next year.
