That is a good buy on a Vortech head unit. I have seen it in person (thought about buying it) and it looks great. The brackets are for late 90's truck, or late 80's early 90's Camaro I think. The guy said he would take $850 for everything, or $750 for just the head unit.
If you decide to buy, post up. I'd like to keep updated on what this thing ends up on.
