Default the craziest thing happend to me last night!



Look at what happend last night! After a couple of runs look at the dual spring! Nice arent they!!! It broke! So it looks like i will be out of comission for awhile guys!

WTF!! Luckyyy..what kind of springs were they? And they don't take too long to replace if you got a good tool.

Yeah the valve is ok i just have to check my push rods and change the oil due to the rocker breaking!

ive broken a few of those mysef got the comp921s now though,no bubbles no troubles

What lift is your cam and how many miles are on those springs?

Im beginning to think if that spring in particular was properly installed.....just a thought.

Well the spring has been on there somewhere around 15k-20k they are prc and the lift on my cam is a .608 ...... its a g5x2 232/240 595/608 112

ive been doing some search and they say you want to try and change them every 20k....

Yeah thats just somethings ive been reading! So i guess it was time to go! Its my dd anyways! lol but it will be down for awhile and hopefully i can get it up by the end of jan. looks like im going to miss the meet coming sat.!!!! I was looking foward to be there!

why are you down till the end of jan? i'm sure someone on here has an extra spring and rocker they can sell you.

i got an set of rockers thx to will and kerry but im going to replace all my springs not just one! Id rather do it now then replacing one and having to do it 3k miles down the rd! good thing i wasnt to far from home! right will!!! lol
