I got my PS3 today and the carn wireless controller wont go wireless, it is fully charged and the instruction manual doesnt really say how to specifiaclly do anything, so....anyone know?

press the PS button and you should see the red lights come on in the back and it should show you which port it is assigned to. When the controller charges the red light flashes and when its fully charged the light will stay on.

it says its fully charged, and whenever i unplug the controller from the USB cord nothing happens, i press teh PS button and nothing lights up.

Not sure what else to tell you other than that. Does it work when you have it plugged in with the usb cable? Hopefully someone else will chime in here soon

i have a 60 gig.. it never has given me any connection issues

yea it works whenever its connected to the ps3 via USB, but whenver i unplug it from the usb cable, it goes dead.

Hey did you try rebooting the system?
Turn the system off. Press the button to turn it on and hold it for 5-7 seconds. Maybe that will work.

if you plugged the controller into your console and it doesn't sync up you might have found a dud.
