Default 2001 WS-6 F/S. With Mods. 12 Bolt, Forged Internals, and more....

I am selling a Black 2001 WS-6 T/A. I am the 1st and original owner. The car had 7miles on it coming off the lot. It sounds and looks stock, but is just the opposite. The engine and rear end has been modified.

Rebuilt Motor
(383 stroker, JE pistons forged, eagle crank and piston rods:all forged. Custom Comp Cam 217 226). I also have a brand new 232 236 from MTI if interested

Heads
(Minor headwork"port polish", springs; Comp Cams 981, Crome Molly Pushrods, stock lifters).

Clutch
(Textrailia, billet steel flywheel, 6 months old). K-member bought at MTI.

Trani
Rebuilt 6-speed transmition 1yr ago from T-56 rebuilds, B&M shifter.

Drive Shaft
Drive shaft upgrade holds over 900hp.

Exaust
Hooker headers stainless, y pipe, and electric cut out. ( switch mounted in console)

Tires
Brand new. ($740) Have the receipt from Discount. Bought about a week ago.

Rear End
(12 bolt Mosre W/390 gear and positrack). The rear end is about 3yrs old.

System Extra$
1500 watt R Fosgate amp, external crossover, kenwood eq, and 2 10s WO JLaudios in custom box.

There are some flaws threw out the car.

Exterior
A scratch by the door latch and on the bottom of the back bumper, dents on rims.

Interior
Steeringwheel leather split on the top, side of seat split about 5inches where leather and plastic meet.

This motor is set up for serious added hp or if left alone a sleeper on the street. The best time out of 3 runs at the track was a 12.28 with tires.
The car has 138,000 miles on the odomiter, but the motor has about 13,000 miles on it and rear end 80,000. Kelly blue book rates it at $15,000, I am asking $13,000 OBO. If you have any questions I live in the Houston area call (832-282-2814).

Hey Chris D. dont forget about the aftermarket parts that have been put on the car. And yes I know not to expect full compansation, but at least 1/3 of $12,700 worth of modes is added to the $10,685 blue book price. Is that not fair?

Fair yes but you should have said that man. Not that it was worth 15k according to kbb. Maybe retail but this isn't retail. good luck with the sale. Nice car by the way.

Stuff is worth what people will pay for it, not what KBB/Edmunds says it's worth.

Good luck with the sale! That's a nice car. People buy stock cars with plans of modding them, not knowing how much it costs. I wish I had bought one pre-modded.

Isnt there rules about "Sale Blocking" on this site. If not, there should be. If the guy wanted to sell his car for 20,000 dollars, then so be it, if your not interested in the car then don't comment unless it is to say its a bad *** car. If it compels you that much to let him know his car is overpriced, thats what PM's are for! Nice car, and totally worth the price with the rebuilding and mods you put in it.

Default Flaws fixed

Thanks for the posts guys. Im thinking about fixing some of the flaws for all you buyers out there. Some meaning, the scratch on the door, the back bumper scratches and possably the steering wheel leather. If I do this the price is going to go up and virtually non negotiable, depending on the work that is being done. Going to the body shop tomorrow and might get it all done. If so, new price and pics will be up that evening.

Went to the body shop this weekend and going to have the scratches removed depending on a buyer that is interested. If he decieds not to get the car, I'll have new pics and price up this weekend of all the work that is done. 1/26/2008
