Default DFW: any plumbers out there?

bought a house that came with a home warranty. have a few things i'd like to get done and would like to know if anyone out there can work with the home warranty plan without there being a lot of hastle on my end as far as making sure stuff is covered.

basically i want to get the sink and toilet shutoff valves replaced, as well as the outdoor spigots.

reading the fine print on the policy here... it says 'shower/tub valves, gate valves, stop and waste valves' are covered. 'hose bibs' are not covered. are all outdoor spigots considered 'hose bibs' or just certain types?
