Default whats wrong my car keeps turning off....

i have a 98ta with H/C and every time i start it in the morning, if i just crank it the rpms go below 1k then the car dies. If i keep the rpms at or around 2k for a sec or so then it will idle on its own around 1k. If i dont let it run for a while after driving it for a couple of minutes if i have to come to a stop or a light, the rpm will drop and either die out or bounce back n forth. It only does this after i first drive it in the morning or when i leave from work. So when i leave for work i try not to catch any red lights. Cause the rpms bounce here and there and its getting on my nerves. If i drive it around town it drives fine and i can come to a light with the rpms not going below 1k. I got a mail order tune from TSP but i dont know what could be causing this. I was thing it can be the tps sensor but i replaced that sensor when i got my fast 90/90. the only thing i can think of is i got the mail order tune on my H/C set up then i installed my fast 90/90.

any suggestions.

You probably need a good tune.

Sounds to me like you need a tune... Probably running lean after the fast setup...

Why dont you take it and put it on the dyno, that way you can see whats going on with your air/fuel.

you need a REAL tune, a mail order tune is only going to get you far enough to get it to the shop to get it tuned correctly
