Tyler, Tx Ballistic Speed Meet: Pictures and Recap First of all, the amount of cars and people really caught us off guard, we never expected that many to show.
When I reserved our space at the Whataburger I talked to the Day Manager Doug. He never told anyone else about it, so we completely freaked the Whatabooger crew out, and the manager was about to loose it completely.
Wal-Mart was trippin, apparently we were overflowing into their lot and they didn't appreciate that much, their always **** about that kind of stuff. They can have drug deals in their lot, just no sports cars.
Luckily I knew the cops that arrived, or we'd be told to leave. But it was all good.
Hopefully some people got some pictures towards the end, we had some Vipers make an appearance, some Z06s, couple classic rides, etc. Not sure if those ever got photographed.
We had a solid crew of about 50 +/-, then another 20 or so that came and left and such. Nice little gathering...
Here are the pics I've got right now, and the others will come shortly, I've got to contact my photographers and the guys at UnitedStangs and get their stuff up here.

I wasn't aware that most of our guys were under 21. I figured there were few kids with F-bodies hanging around, thats cool though. We met at the "bar" after the quick meet and gave out the trophy. It went to the Pewter FireHawk From Longview. Nice car.
I was kinda disappointed that no one left a tip for our waitresses, we picked it up though, super duper...
Some of our guys drug in late, after we left the whatabooger. Another 5-6, most of them got off work later on.
Next time it will be alot more organized, this little gathering was more to gauge interest than anything else. We'll keep track of people entering and what cars are there and limit what can and can't come in.
We set our track day for April 6th, which is a Sunday. It will be at Rusk. It'll be a "grudge match" meet... And apparently I have to run my car...
I've got a guy checking on the Rusk track and he's gonna see what we can do out there, right Ben....
If we're allowed, I'm gonna grill out there, have some food and drinks for everyone and try to get the DFW crew to come down and just make a big *** meet of it.
Anyways, awesome meet, little unorganized and outta control, but cool non-the-less.
It'll be alot better next time, for sure.

The winner is on here, I know for sure his brother is.
A lady snapped a pic of us and the trophy infront of the car last night, she had a nice camera so it'll be a good pic.
Yea I heard talk that UnitedStangs planned on showing up and taking over the meet, Seems they failed.
I just wanted a good car meet, no a F-body or Mustang meet, just everyone...

Hey Ricky this is Crow... Sorry about the tip man, it slipped my mind completely, as i'm sure it did most everyone else.
I'm glad someone is going to the trouble to get something like this going, I had a good time and will for sure be bringing my car next time. I work every other weekend so hopefully it will be on my weekends off.
