Titan 72t 3/8" Stubby Ratchet - $12.99 - GO BUY ONE!! While at Northern tool the other day I stumbled across this beauty...

For 13 bucks, I couldn't pass it up. The ratcheting action is VERY smooth, and it's a very sturdy ratchet. It's twice the weight of my Matco stubby, and doesn't feel cheap like most Chinese or Taiwan made stuff. The handle is fairly thick so you can hold onto it well. It is PERFECT for LSX engine spark plug changes.
I've got some pics I'll post up of this ratchet sitting next to my Matco. I like this ratchet a LOT. I've been using it for about a week now and it's been a joy to use. The tooth count/ratcheting mechanism is so smooth and it glides through the gears nice and easy. Bolts can barely thread in finger tight and this ratchet will still "ratchet" back and forth with ease.
For $12.99, you can't beat it. You'll probably like it better than your favorite stubby. Give one a shot. For those not familiar with the "72t". That's the tooth count. The higher the tooth count, the smoother the ratchet can be and less angle it requires.
FWIW, mine says "Titan" on the handle unlike the one in the picture.
