Default Cheap / Accurate Tq Wrench??

I only need to torque a few fasteners and will most likely not use it again. Anything there that doesnt kill the wallet, but fairly accurate? Looking into HF but mixed reviews on it... I need it to torque between 15-30 ftlbs

Thanks,

Beam type is cheap and accurate. Sears for $20 or so. You Borrow them from parts stores like autozone too I think

You eyeball the numbers so it's in any increment you want.
