Default Beaudacious Exhaust

Here a few pics of a custom stainless exhaust I fabbed up for my buddy's truck the other day. Took 14 hours but it was worth it. Beaudacious

Thanks everybody, but anyone could do what I did. all it takes is the right tools and a bit of seat time with a TIG welder.
more to come as I have a customer coming to my shop on Monday for a complete 2.5" 304SS dual exhaust with a "Beaudacious" X pipe. I'll post pics of that on Tuesday

That is a gorgeous x-pipe!!! Just out of curiosity what do you charge for those exhausts you do?

well the 2001 chev I did earlier on this thread was 1600$. 950 was materials and 650 was labour. It takes alot of time to get one of these perfect. There were 36 welds from front to back and each one takes a while because you have to get the fit just right or the weld will look less than desirable. every weld joint was faced on a belt sander then hand filed to achieve no gap. As I said before though guys anyone can do this type of work with the right equipment, beside who would want to drive all the way to Ontario to have an exhaust system that takes between 10 and 20 hours to finish. then to top it off have it be built in an old chicken barn

Well it was another gruelling 24 hours of work but I finished a full 304 SS dual exhaust with X pipe magnaflow 18" body mufflers and magnaflow 14" resonators. here are a few pics of the "Beaudacious" X.
