Default Looking at this quick jack

Anyone ever use one? It looks better than most scissor lifts as you can work in the middle...but it also looks like it's not for any type of heavy work, just light duty stuff?

http://www.bendpak.com/Shop-Equipmen...k/BL-5000.aspx

I like the max jack and I do have limited ceciling space at around 9 feet. But that isn't my real problem. My issue is I have radiant heat in my floor. I've thought of ways of doing it but still scary to drill into the floor.

Any other lifts like the one I posted that works well? Thanks

Its an interesting looking jack, and if it works as advertised, it sounds like it might be ideal for your application.

Just from the looks of it though, I really think that I would have to try one out to have a good feel for it.

From the URL provided, pricing wasn't obvious. What are they asking for one of these?

looks like around $1200. Waiting for a sales person to call me and will discuss trial period.

Bendpak makes good stuff.

spoke with bendpak and placed an order. the 5000 is new and won't be available until July or August. They built it based on demand from the 3500. 1 year warranty and 14 day return policy with 20% re-stock fee. It was $1295 with free shipping.

Default Any updates?

After a knee injury that apparently I've reached max recovery from, it's time for a way to get the cars off the ground without crawling all over.

I have a kwik lift right now but it's still a pain to get the tires off the ground. Thinking about the BL5000. Anyone have any updates since it has been a couple years?

Thanks.
