I think there is a gasket in between where they all connect. use the gasket to make a template

What about where the egr goes down into the intake? What's the diameter and how deep does the plug need to be to seal it off?

same deal mesaure the gasket and the hole in the center where the egr tube goes through, than just measure the tube down to the o-ring. Or look them up on Ebay and you can buy them pretty cheap

I made the ones for the header section as well. Had some scrap stainless that worked out great. My intake doesnt have the Egr provision so its not something I had to deal with on my motor.

If I did i would probably just buy it off ebay as i dressed my engine up a bit and there are some really nice options out of the ones I saw. Though i did see one option that looked like a bottlecap style freeze plug, might be a cheaper option than the stainless pretty plates if you want to try that out as well.

Good luck!

I made a solidworks file and gcode from solidcam a few months ago if you still need the egr deletes. It was made for .125 steel. Thats what I had laying around.
My engines a gen1 5.7 vortec though. The file is for the two air egr bungs off the headers on my long tubes.

I ended up using the gaskets as templates to make the bloblock offs on the headers and just bought one for the intake and painted it to match a little better...thanks for the advice
