Default The new Miller DVI welder, good or bad??

im in the market for a new welder and went to go check out the miller welders at our local AOC. The guy told us it was an all-around welder (Miller DVI)since you can go from 110 to 220 just by switching out the plug things. It'll weld from 22 gauge all the way up to 3/8", something like that. He also told us that he would be able to sell it to us for 1300 ready to roll out of the place and ready to weld with the wire, gas, gun, everything needed to just plug it in and weld. So how about it? Is it a good deal or what welders do you guys recommend looking into? Any help is appreciated.
