Default New Craftsman Ratchets are the best!

I am a tool nut. I love working with high quality tools and dislike even looking at inferior tools. I own many Snap-On tools but I believe that the new Craftsman Thin-Profile ratchets raise the bar. They combine a fine-toothed ratchet with an easy-release button. They are very well made and are reasonably priced. I have this set.

I got a set of those for Xmas, just without the engraving on them. They are quite a bit nicer then the regular Craftsman wrenches and from the little I have used them so far, the ratcheting seems really nice.

I have to say I agree with you on this one. I bought them as a starter set and then as I used the Snap-on ratchets I realized I liked the craftsman more. They just seem to have finer teeth and dont require as great an arc. Now when it comes to their professional series vs the flank drive hands down the snap-on tool puts the craftsman wrench in a submission hold.
