Default Camshaft Puller?

I think I read a thread a while back that said something about a camshaft puller do they exist?

I believe it was just a handle that 3 openings for the camshaft screws. Then you would use it to install or take out your camshaft.

Most people I know (including myself) just thread a water pump bolt into the cam and use that as a handle

That's what I hear most people do, but I want to make a bet with a bud that they exist for 20$

home depot has threaded rods for a few bucks. Its in the hardware section

well they are called "cam handles" jegs, summit, lots of places have them..they are just a plastic handle with a spot to run bolts throuh so you can hold the cam up..

nice, that's what I did. I'm glad others have figured that out. waste of money to buy a camshaft handle.
