I'm looking at building a garage. About all I know right now is that it will more then likely be 40 wide x 30 deep 3 stall. I was thinking 12' ceilings for a lift but I really only need that for one stall. I can't decide if I want a foundation, pole building or metal building. Any input on what you would want or what you wish your had would be great. I want to do it right the first time.

There are TONS of garage building threads, everything from design, electrical, foundation prep, slab, etc.

Watch out, they'll have you spending 4x the money you planned.
