All the same, used at least 5-6 over the years. Even WD when I spilled or lost. Never an issue.
Just keep 2 bottles, they get lost or spill easy. Good luck.

i have used new motor oil at work in a pinch. works fine.

Does it matter if its Nondetergent or Detergent, also I should use straight 30 weight?

Boy did I read this wrong, sorry.

I use whatever cheap straight 30 is on sale. When I see a sale, I buy the gallon jugs.
I also use for assembling engines, & all my generators, so it's good to have around.

I spoil my compressor. I use the I-R oil.
