Need Some Help!!!!
ok, I have an 02 camaro the wheel lock is stripped and will not come off was thinking about just pulling the axle out and drilling the stud from behind, but the brakes will not clear the bracket to get to the stud what can I do to get the wheel lock off?

Or take it to Discount Tire, they'd probably do it for free.
The wheel lock removal kits have a reverse inner threaded cone that hunkers down on the lug as you try to back it out. They work VERY well. I got my lost key lug locks off in seconds.
Hence, I'm convinced that wheel locks will not stop a thief at all. Casual thief, yes. Determined wheel thieves, not a bit.

Harbor Freight sells the "emergency removers" for situations like this. I've also always just hammered on a cheap 21mm socket.
