Default Modify my signature box?

How I can change to shortcut letters from http://www.Found-Barn For Sale...... in my signature box. I think so, too long letters makes ugly in my signature box.

For example look at my signature box.
Thanks for helping.

Do you mean making likes like www.google.com/hwjggehwgewgiruejrklhqwk look like Google?

If so, Write out the words you want to say, like:

Link to Parts

Then highlight that and click the Earth with the paperclip icon, and it will guide you threw the rest.

Hope I helped.

Oh, well thats just a new feature on the forum. It automatically shortens any LS1 Tech link you post.

Or you can do it manually like I explained above.

If this isn't what you are talking about, then I have no clue.

You guys should chill with the grammar stuff. I personally have no problem with spelling and proper grammar, but I know many people who do and comments like that certainly do not help anything. People may have a learning disability, or maybe they are just new to computers, but either way there's no need to be harsh. Say you don't understand.

Now if someone is talking like @ fuxx!ng !DDi0tt, please, by all means, bash away,

Remove the stars and put that in your signature. It's only the first part, so only replace that stuff.

When you post in a regular thread (not your signature box) the forums are set up to automatically make your text short. When it comes to your signature box, you have to do the steps I've been going over.

Or, simply copy, then paste this:

[*URL="https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts-sale/1019648-f-s-found-barn.html"]Found in Barn Parts One[/URL*]
[*URL="https://ls1tech.com/forums/non-lsx-parts-sale/1029219-f-s-tpi-block-n-heads-88-irco-camaro.html#post10609516"]
Found in Barn Parts Two[*/URL]

Remove the four stars (*), and it will show up like this:

Found in Barn Parts One

Found in Barn Parts Two

If you want the text to same something else, simply change the second part of the Code. The bold words:

[*URL="https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts-sale/1019648-f-s-found-barn.html"]You Can Put WHATEVER You Want Here[/URL*]
[*URL="https://ls1tech.com/forums/non-lsx-parts-sale/1029219-f-s-tpi-block-n-heads-88-irco-camaro.html#post10609516"]
Or Here for the Second Link[*/URL]

and that would show up like:

You Can Put WHATEVER You Want Here

Or Here for the Second Link

The basic code is [*URL="www.YourLinkHere.com"] The Text You Want to Show Up Here [*/URL], (without the stars) so you can apply it to any link. Not just those ones I used in my examples.
