How do I change the email address thats tied to my user account? I looked in my profile but did not see an option. Any help appreciated

Click on UserCP in upper left corner. Click on Edit Email & Password on the left column under Settings & Options.

thanks man, I figured it out shortly after I posted... computer is running very slow and just couldnt find it.
