Can't retrieve old username due to email deletion. Help... please

Default Can't retrieve old username due to email deletion. Help... please
I tried logging on with my original username and forgot the password . I've deleted the email associated with it as well. Years ago. Can a mod help me get the account back going? Or lift limitations on this one? Plus I had good trader feedback on there. PM for any information needed. Thanks in advance.
