I'm not sure what you mean?
No special access/requirements exist for posts outside of the classifieds areas. The thread posting process is the same for the dyno or tuning section as it is for this section.

Hey I'm having this same issue. Only 2 of the 4 or so attempted posts are going through.
Almost every time I post I'm getting the same "Must be approved by a moderator" message, then the posts never show up.

The posts would go into the Moderation queue. I see no posts in the moderation queue from you. I see a few recent posts published over the past few days under your account.
The threshold for being exempt from this is low, and so only a few more posts to the Tech sections will clear you.
