Default PCM help

I am having trouble with my 2005 chevy silverado. I'm new here but hoping I can get some help. Cooling fans are running on low when truck is turned off and draining battery. I've done some research and after replacing all 3 cooling fan relays the engine is running like crap and the ground wire for the relay 1 is pulsating the relay as fast as an injector firing and now has a crankshaft pos. sensor a performance code. I think it is a pcm problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.
