"Best" not a valid search phrase?

"Best" not a valid search phrase? When I search forums for phrases which include the word "best" in the basic search, the results always show only the other words.
Example: I search for 'best oil filter' without the quotes. It returns results for "oil","filter". It doesn't matter which order the words are entered in the search field.
