Default Attachments are too big, how do I resize to 100 mb precisely?

I need to attach some pics since I dont have any way to host them and I need to know how to resize them down to 100 mb even since thats the limit. How can I resize exactly/precisely? Ive been trying to do it with the photo edit program that my camera came with, but the only options it has in the pull down menu for resizing units is by, inches, centimeters, percent, and pixels. Ive spent enough time trying to get it right, there has to be a way to do it precisely. Thanks.

If its a video you can resize it with virtual dub. Search and you will find.

He means 100KB. That is the max size pic we allow members to upload.

You can use any software editing program. I use several...photoshop or even Microsoft Paint.

use photoshop(or equivalent), and change the resolution(photo quality). that will in turn reduce the file size.

Free online image resizing/editing/compressing

http://www.resize2mail.com/
http://www.myimager.com/
http://www.jpegwizard.com/

And there isn't really any way to get an image down to an exact file size except to just try out different amounts of resizing, cropping, compression, etc, until it works its way down to the file size you want.
