posts not showing up?

posts not showing up? My last like 10 posts have taken around 2 days to post, then when i go back to the thread that i posted in its not there.
If you look in my posts by 8gtoklr im missing 3 and the ones it shows barely posted lastnight

That is actually impossible. If it doesn't get written in to the database immediately, it doesn't get written.
You might be having cache problems -- try hitting Ctrl-F5 after you post, and see if it "magically" appears. Hitting Ctrl-F5 signals the browser to do a "hard" refresh of the page, and makes sure you're getting the page from our servers, and not your ISP's cache.
