The infected machine is likely to be here:

i got 8 new emails like that in my hotmail inbox....which is also weird bc my email for LS1tech is my work email, cmedick@shreveport.navy.mil. So why did i get that stuff at my personal email???

Its very likely the result of a spoofed email.

it just confused the hell outta me bc it was sent to my home email. I even double checked my preferences in my User CP here, and made sure it was set to my work email. It was suprising to see something with LS1Tech's name in my home email.

its nothing bad is it?

Nothing bad - its a response from the server that it caught and killed a virus. Its trying to be nice and let the "sender" know about it, but in today's email world most viruses and other junk mail isn't sent by the person listed in the To: line.. I need to shut that off, its basically useless

Because your home email was harvested somewhere by some spammer. No I don't know who.
