Newbie got banned, any info why?

Mikes04GTO seemed like a decent guy, I never saw anything offensive from him, no big sig pic or anything, but he got banned. He's not sure why, can he get any info?

He was given a 1 month vacation for harassing another member in the Classifieds section after being warned to stop.
