Dude, there are at least 10 topics about "search not working" on the first page alone! Read the FAQ's!

I do have one question for the powers above us all. Is the search going to Google at all times now, or only during peak use? I tried late last night, and early this morning with the same results. Just curious...

Prepare for reposts like you've never seen before. I can't find anything with the google search. Thier webcrawlers haven't been to every topic on LS1tech and so the only thing that can be found is the popular posts.

I just tried searching for that mustang magazine article with the SS and all I achieved was frustration.

I don't think that was the point in this thread. Personally all I mean to say is that I really hope the google outsourcing is temporary. If the loss of quality in a good feature (commanded religiously that it be used) isn't something to worthy of opinions then what is?

I just thought it might help influence any pending decisions for the better of the site's users, and eventually the site itself.

Although the inconvenience of a downgrade in search quality wouldn't make or break LS1tech every little thing helps.

Google search is a temporary solution until the new can be finished, implemented in a test environment, tested, tested again, stressed, tweak, tested, and then put into production.

There are a few different fixes in the pipeline, but no overnight fixes for a little while.

Oh, and read the ******* stickies!!!! That is all.
