Default Legal Advice

I need some legal advice. I purchased an item fom someone here on LS1TECH and never recieved the goods. Any ideas on how to start some legal action to getting my money back. Any help would be great. Thx

post this in the negative feedback section and file a dispute with paypal and your credit card company.

Unfortunately I sent him a check. So no paypal guarantee. Thx, I will post in the Negative feedback section.

Send a letter for correspondence to the same address. See if he replies. You can take legal action after you have shown a verifiable paper record of attempting to contact him. Save your UPS receipts and send it priority.

You could even request a signature to ensure he recieved the notice.

Just an idea.
