Default Can we get a Gen V motor section????

LS1tech needs a Gen V section for the new upcoming engines.

We need to get the facts straight. We all know GM has something up their sleeves. The Gen Vs WILL be the new standard for performance so lets start preparing for a new generation of chevy small block domination.

What do you think mods???

I think that would be pretty cool. I find myself really itching to find out more facts about the Gen V's. I read the article where they have a prototype L92 turned DI in an Escalade, it was really interesting.

Personally, I hope they go back to a 5.7 for the V's with DI of course. Then, you could have the 350 once again dominating the streets with great mileage. Oh, and please make it E85 compatible.

The good ole 350 with a more efficient bore and stroke would be awesome to bring back.

GM WILL use E85 capabilities in the Gen V.

There are still rumors of the xv8 engine design, maybe a possibility.

Come on Mods make a section!

Horsepower wars are in full force. We need a section to discuss GM's future plans.

There's not really much to discuss yet, just speculation. Why don't we wait until we actually know something about these motors. And sorry guys, the horsepower wars will be over very soon.

I have a hard time believing that gm would walk away from v8 performance.

We have been speculating about the 5th gen for 6 years until the real details recently came out lol.

Admin will make a decision when to implement a new section, it is not up to the mods.

Nothing really to discuss just yet, everything is speculation and rumor. For all we know, GM may pull the plug on higher HP engines due to gas prices and the industry-wide shift to building high mpg cars with less power.
