Yes, I would say it is a very good price for what it is. I bought my 02 WS6 for $9k with 50k miles and 3rd gear was out of it, some people just prefer not to mess with fixing a transmission though. Definitely shouldn't have a problem selling it though either way.

im going to call around and check on tranny pricing. Does it go into 3rd under normal driving conditions?

Cool man,Yes it goes into 3rd gear under normal driving conditions but you got to get the feel for it.It may give you a hard time but it does go into 3rd gear still.
