The passenger side had a only a 1 inch crack and the drivers side surprisingly doesn't have a crack at all. I went ahead and did the fix to both door panels by replacing the staples with bolts and nuts about 2 years ago though. About 3 months ago I got the interior mod bug and tried my skills at covering the passenger door panel with leather looking vinyl. It came out pretty good, but is a real pain in the *** to do. I want to do the door again but this time using a 1/8" thick foam on the top 1/4 of tha panel. GM should have done this from the factory IMO. The interior in these cars leaves a lot to be desired. All the above pics were taken last week including the interior shots. I haven't done anymore covering but still have all the materials. I don't have any videos yet.

Didn't realize the first interior pics I posted weren't full pictures of each door panel. I just added 2 new pics showing the area where the cracks normally show up. You can also tell the pic for the passenger door has been covered and IMO looks much more finished than the plain factory plastic panel on the drivers side.

Yea that looks very nice! It's a beautiful car, and very nicely modded. I'm in DFW, and have basically the same car in an '01. I do like some things better on yours though, and mine is sold whenever I choose to sell it to a buddy of mine. I will give yours some thought. I would love to hear it run!
