Default 1970 SS Nova 350/300hp 4spd Muncie-mag cover car

Year: 1970
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Nova
Price: $22500
Mileage: 100000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): WV
Color: Red
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has other engine

ive been dying to do an ls1 engine swap, and i just cant bring myself to doin it to my car, so i'm gonna try and sell this so i can buy a "less nicer" and "less original" car so i can do my transplant, or i'd be more than willing to maybe trade for a similar car that already has an LS transplant ....so here's the details....

1970 NOVA SS

350/300 HP

4 Speed Muncie Transmission

12 Bolt Posi with 3:42 Gears

F-41 Suspension

Power Front Disc Brakes

Power Steering

Factory in Dash Tach

Factory Console with Gauges

Factory Bucket Seats

Rally Wheels

Tinted Glass

Protecto Plate

Build Sheet

Cowl Tag numbers are as follows:

ST 70 WRN 236314

TR 733 75B paint

05A A 1 0037

This decodes as 1970 Chevy Nova V8 2dr. Spt. Sedan, Willow Run, Mi. Black vinyl Bucket Seats & Cranberry Red with Black vinyl top, built 1st. week of May

Engine numbers as follows:
1CW330167 V0406CRE
330167 matches VIN # (matching numbers engine)
V=Flint, Michigan 04=April 06=6th day CRE=engine suffix code (1970 300hp/350 w/turbo 350 trans)
Nova came from the factory with a 350 turbo trans and was changed over to a Muncie 4 speed sometime during it's life, and looks like it was made a 4 speed, it was done right.

this isnt your average Nova, this was on the cover of the Paddock Parts Catalog for (2) issues

any questions, feel free to call me at 304 704 8242

Very nice car and glad your not doing the swap on it. I hope you find a good platform to do the ls swap.
Good luck with the sell, I tried to sell my 72 Z28 a few months ago but it is just low production # and non #s matching drivetrain and I couldn't give it away. Stand firm on your beutiful piece of history.
