LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

After spending half a year in Afghanistan, sadly, I've lost interest in my Trans Am, and I'm ready to move on to the next project. I bought the car in February 2009 locally when it had 132,000 miles on it. The car had just been painted less than 6 months earlier and has new seats and carpet. The engine was on it's last leg though. After a couple of months the old 346 was retired and in went a brand new LS6 347 with diamond pistons, eagle H-beams, clevite bearings, and ARP bolts everywhere possible. After a month and some break-in driving, on went the D1SC Procharger, methanol kit, then the tune. The engine has around 3000 miles on it now and 4 oil changes. I'm not sure how many miles are on the supercharger since I purchased it used.

The complete mod list from memory:

Engine:
347 w/LS6 block and stock crank
Diamond -4cc pistons
Eagle H-beam rods
Clevite rod/main bearings
ARP rod/main bolts and ARP head studs
stock 317 heads
Manley Dual valve springs (.660 lift)
Yella Terra Roller Rockers
Comp Cams Pushrods
Comp Cams Lifters
Double Roller Timing Chain set
LS6 ported/shimmed oil pump
TSP Custom Grind blower cam (spec'd by PredatorZ)
FAST 90 intake / Nick Williams 90 Throttle Body
Pacesetter ceramic coated Long Tube headers
TSP true duals
Vengeance Racing Anodized catch can
ABS Delete

Power Adder:
D1SC Procharger w/8-rib setup and 3.4" pulley(17psi)
ATI Super Damper
3" Aluminum Piping w/ 3" Front Mount Intercooler
SNOW Stage II progressive methanol kit
Mondo Bypass Valve
Walbro twin 255lph pumps
Motron 60lb flowmatched injectors
Aeromotive Fuel Pressure Regulator
Aeromotive Billet Fuel Rails

Transmission and Suspension:
TICK built Stage II T-56
TICK Master Cylinder
Pro 5.0 shifter
McLeod RST twin disc clutch w/slave
UMI TQ arm/ adjustable LCA's/ PHB
QA1 12-way adjustable rear shocks

Cosmetic:
Eibach Pro Kit
15% window tint
Triple gauge A-pillar
Aeromotive Gauges - boost/fuel pressure/Air Fuel
Mecham Hood (car is a Mecham Clone)
Summit Aluminum Sport Mag Wheels
Mickey Thompson 275/50/15 (700 miles) 165/15 in the front

The car dyno'd last year at 727hp 646ft lbs of torque after tuning from V8muscle.net. It runs very strong, but has great street manners. Only thing that is annoying about street driving is how loud the car is with the true duals. The car does not have cam surge, or buck at all when traveling at low speeds. V8muscle did an extensive street tune on the car to ensure the best possible drivability and i've been very satisfied.

The car hasn't missed a beat. It has been to the dragstrip about 4 times. Only 1/8th mile. It has been feathered to a 6.90 @ 107mph in the heat. With a 9" rear, more suspension work and a larger tire, it cold be in the low 6's, but it wasn't built for the track. It's a street warrior. The car is priced VERY reasonably @ 16k considering what I've invested. You couldn't build this car for this price. Ask other guys with Forged D1 setups. Please don't bother lowballing. Any questions, feel free to ask.

The car as it looks now: (Fbody beach bash 2010)

This is how it looks in full street trim minus the cutout for the FMIC:

Here is the dyno video:

D1SC Procharged Trans AM

I will update this post when I have a friend back in the states take more pictures of the car.

I would have already purchased this if I were in the states...but I don't get back till next year lol. This is a well built car...looks and sounds great! This may seem selfish, but I hope you have it when I get back lol.

Not much interest in the thread itself, but i'm getting blasted with PM's.

A lot of questions i'm getting in PM's:

-The 18" Ruff Racing 278 wheels and the KDW tires are not included in the sale of the car. I no longer have them.

-I have no other pictures of the car than what you see in this thread. I am trying to make arrangements to have a friend of mine take pictures of it within the next few weeks.

-I estimate the mileage at around 15 highway ?? city

- The car is still on the factory 10-bolt, which is in perfect working order. Fluid just replaced 300 miles ago. No noise whatsoever.

-The title is at my house with my wife who has POA and can sign my name if someone wants to buy it.

A lot of people sending PM's wanting to come see the car and offering to bring cash. I haven't promised to hold it for anyone, so it's first come first served. I'm still working on getting some more pictures. Should be any day now.
