Located in Little Rock, AR. 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Inline 6 cylinder 4.0L 4x4 with 283,xxx miles. The vehicle drives me back and forth to work just fine, but will need some work to be a reliable wheeler for long trips. I have owned the Jeep for about 8 years and it's been well maintained, but has been parked for the past year, only getting driven a couple times a month. Motor leaks oil, but nothing extreme. Transmission slips sometimes taking off from a stop. ABS sensors, or module needs to be replaced. The brakes stop fine, but the ABS will pulse sometimes even on dry road. 4x4 transfer case works great, and has been barely used since I've owned it. Rear end ring and pinion replaced and setup professionally by a 4x4 shop in Tennessee back in 07. Tires and brakes both from 07. Ignition coil and distributor also replaced in 07. I've had it die on me a few times just driving down the road, and I've been told it's a bad crankshaft position sensor, I just have not gotten around to replacing it. No check engine light. Starter was rebuilt early 2011. New battery replaced in February 2011. A/C will not hold freon, it looks like the clutch on the compressor is not engaging properly. Heat works fine. Steering wheel has some play in it. Sony aftermarket CD player. All speakers sound fine, windows go up and down smoothly. Spare tire in the back hatch area still good. Dent on the rear hatch outer panel, but otherwise body is in great shape considering its mileage/age.
Remember it has over 280,000 miles, so it's not perfect cruiser, but it's perfect to the right person. $1900 is what I'm asking, please feel free to PM, call, or text my number with any questions. (423) 802-2518.
