1998 Cobra – Laser Red, E9 code, Saddle/Black interior- Saddle Convertible top

Hi, I’m selling my 1998 Cobra Convertible. It has 37,000 original miles, 5k on the motor, 5k on the transmission. It has just come time for me to sell my pride and joy. I love this car and love the looks and thumbs up that I get when I drive it. I have owned this car for 5 years. I hate to say it but I’ve only put on about 1500 miles per year in the last 2 years. Which is part of the reason that I’m selling it. It has never seen rain or snow since I have owned it. There is no rust on it. The owner before me kept it in storage in a heated garage during winters also. I am the 3rd owner. I have put a lot of time and research into this vehicle to make it a stout piece of machinery.

Car has a clean car fax, VIN# will be given to those interested. Never been in an accident.

I’m sure I’m missing some items in this. I have all of the receipts for everything I’ve ever purchased.
Car does come with Dyno Tune sheet and SVT Certificate (I had to send away for this)

EDIT: Forgot to mention, car made 577 RWHP and 477TQ on 12lbs , car made 610rwhp with a 2.96 pulley on pump gas. I have both dyno sheets, car has a lot to give still.

EDIT2: This car also comes with 90% of the stock items. Stock wing, A/C unit, gears, Differential, exhaust, radiator. Just about everything has been saved. I know there are 3 items that I dont have any more no stock tank, fuel rails or lower control arms.

I am asking $17,000 for the car, one can always negotiate on the price.

There are a couple cosmetic issues (all small) 2 small scratches on left quarter panel (can take picks) and the bother left skirt has some scrapes. There is a small dent (can take pics if I get the right angle it’s so small) on the right quarter panel, but for a 98 it is beautiful. Underneath is EXTREMELY clean.
