Car had a reverse issue (faulty reversed lockout solenoid), so I took the car to the dealership under a warranty repair. The dealership said they had fixed the issue, got the car back and it was not resolved. Took it back to the dealership and they pulled the transmission out and said the warranty was voided because they found water in the transmission. I send the transmission to a Tremec specialist and send the fluid to a laboratory. A Tremec dealer fully inspected the transmission and found no water contamination. I have paperwork of everything. The laboratory found now water in the fluid, but confirmed it was not the fluid in my transmission. I found with the dealer, insurance company and GMPP to no result. Most of the transmission was replaced using only Tremec parts. I also replaced the entire shift linkage.
Only issue with the car is the paint is peeling off some of the buttons on the stereo and the sunroof ****, does not affect the mechanics of the car.

Only trade I would accept is for a 1999+ GMC or Chevy 1500 with an 8Ft bed plus cash. It must have under 100k miles and be 4x4 with power windows and locks. Must be a clean title.

I have a 05 gto bone stock 65k , black on black 6spd, always garage kept, I have been planning a ls3 topend on and have most of the parts to do it( l92 heads, ls3 intake, bnib lunati 660 spring set). As well I have brand new in the box never mounted beyern rapp rims that are perfect for this car , I was going to mount them when I finished the topend. The engine runs great and it is still on the stock clutch. Let me know if your interested...mike
