New warranty purchased when i purchased car few months ago. Covered until 75k miles or Oct 2015.
I own the car outright, title in hand.

Mods:
-Volk TE37 19x9.5 +22 front w/ 265's 19x10.5 +22 out back with 285.
Wheels and tires have about 3k miles. Selling with car right now. A pothole rashed the rear driver wheel, but it can be repaired/refinished.
-AR Design Custom exhaust (see video) (Full catless Xpipe into AR oem mod muffler) Will sell with factory Xpipe for emissions.
-H&R Race springs. (lowered 1.5" on all corners)
-VRS style carbon Lip (in the mail right now, will install and sell with car as well)
-aFe Pro5R Air Filter

Car is in 9/10 shape exterior/interior/mechanically. All work performed by Andrew @ AR Design here Locally.

I would say that's almost 10 grand higher than what a car with that miles and from 2008 are going for. Unfortunately mods don't add much value to cars now a days! Doesn't help a wheel is damaged from a pothole either.

Please find me a E92 M3 in near perfect shape still in warranty (for 25k miles or 3 more years) for $35,000.

Hrmm those are 2 both just shy of 60k, out of warranty and all OEM... and the only 2 on all of Ebay that are sub 40k.

I understand my 45k may be a tad high, but its my starting point and im willing to wiggle a bit here and there, but not too much with the current wheels and such. I'll shoot you a PM. Would you be willing to sell with factory wheels? 09 Z's w/ your millage book at 45k-52k. How much would you be expecting with the HRE's etc...? Plus the C7 is dropping in a week
