Default FS: 1998 Camaro Z28

Year: 1998
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $4900
Mileage: 137300
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): CA
Color: Red
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

I am listing my 1998 Camaro Z28 for sale. The car was purchased from the original owner on December 23, 2001 with roughly 26,000 miles and currently has 137K miles. The transmission is completely stock, along with the rear end. The fluids have been changed regularly with Mobil 1 products. In the summer of 2012 I replaced both window motors and February of 2013 new tire were put on the front.

In March 2011, the driver’s side head gasket blew, and I decided to so a small heads and cam swap. The car was taken to Competition GT for the swap and tune. The car put down 353 RWHP/339 RWTQ. Modifications listed with an asterisk were installed during the heads/cam swap. The car does not have headers on it, since I live in California.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions. The car is currently located in Simi Valley, CA (Ventura County).

Things to be noted about the car:
1) The a/c pulleys will need to be replaced and the a/c will probably need to be refilled.
2) The bushings on the stock panhard rod are shot so its rattles alot over rough roads. I have a UMI adjustable poly/rod panhard rod waiting to be installed.
3) New PCM from PCM for Less has been installed and the car runs and drivers great with no issuesAs of right now, the car does not run. The tow truck driver said it was most likely my starter motor. I will be check that out within the next few days, along with the fuel pump and replacing the coolant temp sensor. The car drove fine until March 26th 2013, I went to lunch and when i got back in my car the car would not fire. *Please see below posts, memory in PCM went bad*

Nope, nothing is wrong. Just the starter went out and a new one will be installed this week. It's never been raced, just dyno tuned.

No, never got a quote.

The front tires were replaced in February and only had a few hundred miles on the. The rear will need to be replaced within the next few months.
