LS Engine?: Car has LS engine

I am relisting my 2000 Firebird I have built over the last few years. I recently swapped to a 6 speed manual and have found this car completely reliable and comfortable to drive. While this sounds great, I have a 3 person family and the car only has front seats... I really don't get to enjoy it with the people I love. I have spent more than double asking price building the car so the price is not very negotiable. I am open to trades also. Let me know what you have and we can talk. Here is the details:

The Bad:
• Some cosmetic issues. I planned on replacing the hood as it has some scratches from the hood pins and the very front lip has a crease where my rafters in my garage crunched it when I raised it on the hoist. Also very minor dent near fuel filler. Cannot really see but it’s there.
• No heating or air conditioning.
• Only tuned to 10 psi currently. Low boost for this engine as it was built to handle over 20psi, and only has 12* of timing.
• ABS has been removed but I still have to remove wiring harness assembly. (was going to be this winter project)
• Does not cancel turn signal when turning left (petty I know but I don’t want any surprises for anyone)
• Power steering pump recently started to seep out the front shaft seal.
• Cage is not SFI approved. Would need to be removed and a new one put in to pass SFI specification. It will pass most tracks tech though. All my past cars it was any cage is good enough.
I have really enjoyed the car these past 500 or so miles. I finally got to rip it a bit recently and it hooks amazing and is crazy fast. I built it hoping to hit 1000rwhp with the build, and it is completely possible. I have just lost the love for the car and am ready to just enjoy time with my family. All the Brake pads and rotors were just replaced as well as headlight gears, alternator, and starter.

Any questions just shoot me a call or text 6168351464. Car has never seen the track or any racing yet. Just street fun

My bottom dollar is 20k. Cars like mine go all the time on here for this or more. It is not about the amount of money into it but what it is worth. Any less than 20k is not worth me selling so I will keep it. But thank you for your input.

Got about 20 passes on her today. I am a rookie driver and had a hard time launching. (only second time ever running on the strip and the last car was a 13 second cobalt ss) Most passes were 11.7 area and broke 130mph several times with a 2.2 second 60'. Car was on an untuned 9psi and 9 degrees of timing and best time of the day was this in the right lane at 10.72 after I cut a 1.6 60'. 2 step failed so there was not much boost in first. 2 step is heading to msd tomorrow for warranty replacement. Car easily could hit 9's with a proper tune and launch.
