Vortech Supercharged TransAm M6
Year: 1994
Make: Pontiac
Model: Trans Am
Price: $7000
Mileage: 100000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): PA
Color: Red
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
Motor-
Comp Cams Roller Rockers, springs, Holley 58mm Throttle Body, 42# Injectors, MSD Optispark, MSD Coil, Crane Cams Ignition, Taylor Plug Wires and valve cover looms. Mid Length Headers. F.A.S.T engine management system. Vortech V1 S-trim supercharger. Car made 360whp/360wtq on a mustang dyno on a hot day. Still gets pretty good gas mileage as well! (22ish on the highway) Runs around 6-7psi of boost.
Trans-
T56 was rebuilt and upgraded. Has brand new 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, and reverse synchros. I purchased the assemblies which came with all new shift keys and fork pads as well. Has the steel 3-4 shift fork to get rid of the junk aluminum one. Trans shifts tight. Car also has a Spec clutch.
Misc-
Hurst shifter, Random Technologies adjustable torque arm, Edlebrock trailing arms, MAC differential girdle. (Rear is quiet) Brand new Torque Thrust M wheels 10.5 rear 9 front. Tires are almost new in front still, about 60% in back.
The car has small flaws, the paint isn't too bad but it IS almost 20 year old paint, so it's definitely not perfect. Still cleans up pretty nice. The drivers side door hinge is worn and could use to be rebuilt.
If I kept the car I was going to do the Lloyd Elliot LE2 head package with the custom grind cam, along with the Vortech on it the car is capable of 460-480whp.
Looking to sell only, asking 7000 and very negotiable!
