Due to growing family am finally getting serious about selling or trading the TTVETT. The sale price is $31.5K and I will entertain serious cash offers or trades plus cash. PM offers.
Things to consider when making an offer of trade, to save us time on questions-answers:
- At least $7000 cash on top of your trade is required.
- You will pay for shipping the TTVETT from Juneau, Alaska to your destination (~$1,100 from Juneau to Seattle on a barge, then drive it home).
- Depending on the terms of the deal you may also pay to ship your vehicle from Seattle to Juneau, Alaska (drive to Seattle, ~$1,300 barge shipping to Juneau).
- Or if you are putting up $10K on top of your trade, I will take care of shipping both cars to and from Seattle.
- Your trade must have 4 useable seats and must be an interesting car.
- No trucks (except for Trailblazer SS, AWD, modded or Jeep SRT8), bikes, horses, labor or other offers. Cars only. No FWD.
- Properly modded cars are OK. High mileage bodies OK, as long as miles on mods are low.
- Newer cars (80's+) that can be daily driven preferred.
- AWD vehicles are preferred, yet am interested in RWD, from Gen III F-bodies to Mustangs, LX cars, etc.
- Finally, your trade must check out mechanically, and be a reliable daily driver.
Still interested? Read on and enjoy the photos.
2002 Corvette Convertible, 408ci, Twin Turbo (HP Performance fender mount setup), FLT Level 7 automatic, more. Daily driver, an excellent cruiser/bragging rights car. Driveability is like a stock C5 Corvette. 23-25 mpg.

Here is a link to walkaround video:
Runs on pump gas. Fully built 408 ci engine, FLT Level 7 4L65E transmission. 140K Texas highway miles on body. ~7500 miles on engine, ~2500 miles on transmission.
Some history: I am the 3rd owner. Bought the TTVETT in AZ when it was just built, drove up to Seattle, shipped on barge to its current location. Have Carfax report. Installed new Level 7 FLT transmission, Yank SC3000 T/C, transmission cooler, Bilstein suspension, brakes, fresh tires, ATI SuperDamper, did tie rod ends front and rear, differential seals, alignment, fresh fluids. Currently the TTVETT is in storage, and gets driven for only about 500 miles every year, gets an oil change each spring.
Fresh turbos, convertible top, weatherstripping.

It is what it is and it does what it does. A vid is there because the burnout had to be recorded - as it will likely never happen again - and never happened before. You would be foolish to think that I am a fan of burning through a $600 set of tires, ya know.
Now you and I and all of us know what the TTVETT can do as far as a burnout. With the line lock it can keep doing a burnout until the tires catch on fire and burn to the ground - without much load on the car. As far as abuse/wooping on it, this looks a lot easier on the car than an all out launch and run down the track, does it not?
If you are a potential buyer, then PM me and we can work out the details. If a new set of rear tires will close the deal, I'll be happy to oblige. Otherwise thanks for the criticism, but keep it to yourself, your opinion does not advance the sale much. Yet thanks for the bump nevertheless!
