Maintenance (have receipts for most items some with lifetime warranty):
- New MSD wires
- Iridium NGK spark plugs
- Tranny fluid flush (Amsoil full synthetic)
- New pinion seal
- Newer radiator (Green coolant flush)
- New differential fluid and additive (Torco RGO and type F friction modifier)
- New water pump
- New thermostat
- New belts
- New air filter
- New right rear caliper, disc, and pads
Common issues on most GTOs that have been fixed:
- Suspension
- Pinion seal leak
- Ebrake
- Removed tow brace
- Wrapped the wiring harness behind the glovebox to prevent short
Issues:
- Radiator pin hole leak (I still drive it every day)
- Window tint in the back window is not the best
- SRS light is on as the previous owner removed the passenger seat and turned the car on.
This can be removed by any GM dealership.
- Front has been repainted; can't really tell (I couldn't until I got it home and started working on it.)
- Traction control is stuck off all the time (good thing).
- Door handle paint is flaking (very common)
- CD player does not work but have working factory one to come with the car.
Other items:
- Garage kept
- No gears grind, synchros are good.
- Clutch is strong
- Gets 27 mpg highway.
- This car is pretty stock, which is pretty rare.
- Paint is 7/10: one small scratch on the hood and one decent sized scratch on the rear bumper near the tips. One large scratch on the trunk lid.
- Interior is 9/10 Seat stitching is not pulling apart like most.
